Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Oak & Ivory Auto Spa

At Oak & Ivory Auto Spa, we are committed to delivering a premium detailing experience with every service. Due to the time, preparation, and resources allocated for each appointment, the following policy applies:

Deposits 

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment time if sufficient notice is provided. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Shows 

Failure to arrive or be available for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a forfeited deposit.

Service Satisfaction 

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve any concerns.

Final Payments 

The remaining balance for services is due upon completion.
